I designed the visual identity and graphics for Elevate, a three-day internal leadership conference. The event convened firm leaders to spark collaboration and turn shared ideas into actionable goals. It was built to elevate and activate a spirit of innovation—encouraging people to lead with presence, by example, and with confidence in the face of what’s next.
Guided by this vision, I created a design system that felt intentionally collective. Inspired by a patchwork quilt, the visual language represented the diverse perspectives, experiences, and ways of thinking each participant brought to the conference—distinct on their own, but more powerful when woven together.
The wordmark draws inspiration from the concept of elevation, with the arms of each “E” progressively rising from low to high.
